Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and prize draws (“giveaways”) run by Silhouette Dermalift, a trading brand of Silhouette International LLP (NW). By participating in any giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enter.
- Amendments
These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on www.silhouettebeauty.co.uk, and it is your responsibility to review the current version before entering.
- Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
2.2 Employees of Silhouette Dermalift, their families, or any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Winners must provide a UK or Irish delivery address. No deliveries will be made outside these regions.
2.4 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, including age, identity, and residence. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.
- Entry
3.1 Entry instructions, including closing dates, will be set out in the specific giveaway announcement (“interaction information”). Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
3.2 Entry may involve one or more of the following:
- Social media interaction (e.g. like, comment, follow)
- Submission of a photo or video
- Attending an event and tagging us in a selfie
3.3 Each entrant may enter only once. Multiple entries (including via multiple accounts) may result in disqualification.
3.4 Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries will not be considered.
3.5 We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical faults or transmission issues.
- The Prize
4.1 The prize will be described in the interaction information.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.3 If the prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
4.4 Winners are responsible for any additional costs not expressly covered in the prize description.
4.5 We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim a prize in the case of fraud, breach of terms, or ineligibility.
- Winner Selection & Contact
5.1 Winners will be chosen at random (or as otherwise stated) from all valid entries.
5.2 We will attempt to contact the winner within 7 days via the method provided (e.g. social media, email).
5.3 If no response is received within 4 weeks, or the winner is ineligible, a new winner will be selected.
5.4 Winners may be required to confirm their acceptance and provide address and contact details.
- Publicity & Personal Data
6.1 By entering, you consent to the use of your name, image, and location for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise at: ma*******@*****************co.uk
6.2 If you win, we may publish your name and town on our website and social media unless you opt out.
6.3 Personal data collected during the giveaway will be used for administration and (if consented) for future marketing. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Liability
7.1 Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. For advice, contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
7.2 Silhouette Dermalift will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant due to:
- Technical problems
- Late, lost, or incomplete entries
- Prize delivery delays caused by external factors
- General
8.1 You acknowledge that you are not entering on behalf of a business, and no employment relationship exists.
8.2 These terms are governed by English law. Entrants in Scotland or Northern Ireland may choose their local law and courts.
8.3 If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
