Delivery of Equipment
While we strive to send out all equipment orders within a time frame of 24-48 hours, it’s important to allow a maximum of 14 working days from order placement until delivery. Due to being produced internally, certain machines may require more time for delivery. If you don’t receive your order within 7 days, please get in touch with us for updates on the progress and ETA. Moreover, to ensure availability, you are welcome to contact our head office before proceeding with your purchase.
UK Mainland Delivery
Our goal is to ship out all orders within a time frame of 24-48 hours, but kindly consider that delivery may take up to 7 working days from the time you place your order. To facilitate tracking, we use DPD for deliveries, and you’ll receive text alerts regarding your delivery if you provided your mobile number during checkout. Orders made over the weekend will be sent out on the subsequent working day as soon as possible.
FREE Standard Delivery is available on all online orders with a value over £120 (exclusive of VAT and after any discounts have been applied).
All orders placed via phone or orders under £119 = £6.95 delivery charge +VAT.
UK Non-Mainland & Scottish Isles
Consignments have a fixed charge of £16.50 + VAT with a 2 – 3 day service.
Overseas Delivery
We are happy to deliver across the globe. Please note that for our goods to reach you in the condition they leave us, we use a courier service. This means postage outside of the UK Mainland will cost extra. These fees are beyond our control and so cannot be included in our standard cost of carriage.
Important Note: If we deliver outside of the UK we will not charge UK VAT rate at 20% however you will be responsible for any local customs, taxes and duties in your country and these will need to be paid before the carrier delivers your item(s).
We would suggest you check your country’s import tax duties for the item(s) you are purchasing.
To deliver to Europe we charge approx:
Up to £200 value – £20 +VAT
£201 to £500 – £25 +VAT
£501 to £10,000 – £49 +VAT
To deliver to Australia we charge approx:
Up to £150 – £22 +VAT
£151 to £250 – £40 +VAT
£251 to £10,000 – £75 +VAT
To arrange for a delivery outside the UK Mainland to a country not listed on this page please contact Customer Services in**@*****************co.uk who will quote the cost of carriage.
