UK Mainland Delivery

Although we do endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours please allow up to 7 working days from placement of order until delivery. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless Saturday delivery is requested.

Where orders are placed over the weekend, the goods will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next working day.

Standard Delivery

Orders under £100 – £5.95 +VAT

FREE Standard Delivery is available all orders with a value over £120 (ONLINE orders only  – £120 exclusive of VAT and after any discounts have been applied).

Next Day Delivery (week days only)

During this busy time, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee your orders will be delivered next day. Our delivery courier will text you with your order updates.

Only orders placed before 12:00 p.m. – £9.95 + VAT
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (unless this day is a Public Holiday)

UK Non-Mainland & Scottish Isles

Consignments have a fixed charge of £16.50 + VAT on a 2 – 3 day service

Overseas

We are happy to deliver across the globe. Please note that in order for our goods to reach you in the condition they leave us, we use a courier service and so postage outside of the UK Mainland costs extra. These fees are beyond our control and so cannot be included in our standard cost of carriage.

To deliver to Europe we charge:

Up to £200 value –  £20 +VAT
£201 to £500 – £25 +VAT
£501 to £10,000 – £49 +VAT

To deliver to Australia we charge:

Up to £150 – £22 +VAT
£151 to £250 – £40 +VAT
£251 to £10,000 – £75 +VAT

To arrange for a delivery outside the UK Mainland to a country not listed on this page please contact Customer Services accounts@silhouetteinternational.co.uk who will quote the cost of carriage.
