The Technology
Faradic treatment or electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) uses the application of electrical pulses, which are applied to the face and body. The pulses gently stimulate the chosen muscles to tighten and contract. This results in a tightening and toning effect, lifting sagging contours whilst leaving skin rejuvenated. Featuring 10 outlets over a 20 pad system, the stimulation from the F20 can be randomised to prevent muscle anticipation, providing a much more efficient toning session. Separate contract and rest controls allow the relevant pulse periods to be varied, whilst the master gain control function increases the stimulation current across all outputs by up to 20% via one control switch.
