We manufacture most of our machines in house meaning our Techcare Engineers are also in house for any servicing and repair enquires. Our engineers endeavour to repair most types of beauty equipment which means if you aren’t a Silhouette customer, we will still help you get your beauty machine back in working use again. We can service your machine(s) in minimal time and reasonable prices, so you have as little disruption to your business as possible.

We aim to always have someone available to help whether this is office staff, a trainer, or service engineers. Our unrivaled customer support is Monday to Friday with contact being via phone and email. Social media and the Team Silhouette Facebook group (our private group for customers) are two other ways to get in touch. Upon completing training your Silhouette educator and mentor will share direct contact details so you can reach them in the future. These options allow us close to 24hrs customer support, making sure you as a customer are happy.

We offer excellent face to face accredited training by fully qualified educators who have years of knowledge and expertise in the beauty industry. We believe that in person training is of paramount importance when you purchase a device, so most of our machines come with accredited, training. This allows you to get the most from your device and treatments. Our aftercare is second to none, with trainers and engineers just a phone call away, should you need it!
